Printed copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association	We provide you with copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association, including a printed copy of Table A.  One copy is left unbound so that you can make additional copies as required.
Share certificate(s)	It is a legal requirement that the company provides a share certificate to each member confirming details of their current shareholding.
Company Seal	Whilst it is no longer a legal requirement for a company to have a company seal, many companies use a seal for enhanced security of their legal documents.
